Sales Enablement Specialist at US-FL-Clearwater


Overview:

  • The Sales Enablement Specialist provides support for customers to provide order status and coordinate with sales teams to resolve order issues.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

  • Manages inbound customer requests on order status and ensures service level agreements are met
  • Work with sales teams to help manage open orders.
  • Maintains notes in appropriate systems
  • Utilize all necessary internal and external applications to resolve issues
  • Manages the resolution of routine issues, non-complex issues under some directions or guidance
  • Attends Tech Data and vendor partner training as assigned
  • Represents Tech Data professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers.
  • Meet attendance &; punctuality standards

Abilities:

  • Build solid, effective working relationships with others
  • Respond to incoming requests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
  • Be immobile for extended periods.
  • Use current computer system applications(which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at a basic level.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Possess necessary clerical and data entry skills
  • Work in a professional office environment

Required Experience and Education (Years & Type): 

  • 2-year degree or HS diploma/GED plus 1-year relevant experience required
  • Bachelor&rsquos Degree in business management or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with multi-tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the delivery of effective messaging through written and verbal communications
