Ihr Job: anspruchsvoll

  • Hersteller- (Juniper, Extreme Networks…) und Kundenmanagement (IT Systemhäuser)
  • Hersteller spezifisches Produkt-, Prozess- und Programm-Know-how um Kunden kompetent zu beraten und um als erster Ansprechpartner für unseren Vertrieb zu dienen
  • Akquise von neuen Geschäftspartnern, Reaktivierungsmaßnahmen und Schaffung neuer Umsatzchancen
  • Ausbau und Pflege von bestehenden Kundenbeziehungen
  • Management der Projektpipeline in Zusammenarbeit mit dem TD- und Hersteller-Vertrieb
  • Ãœberwachung & Verbesserung der Prozesse und Tools im Sales & Backoffice
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Angebotserstellung mit Berücksichtigung des Cross-Selling Aspektes
  • Mitarbeit bei der Planung sowie Durchführung von Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Konzeptionierung von Sales-Aktivitäten (auch Herstellerübergreifend) z. B. Roadshows / Workshops / Roundtables / Forum usw.
  • Erstellung von Kunden- und Potentialanalysen sowie Entwicklung neuer Märkte und Partnersegmente
  • Mitverantwortung der Businessplanung für die zugeordneten Hersteller der Business Unit
  • Ãœberwachung von qualitativen und quantitativen Herstellervorgaben
  • Proaktives Informationsmanagement für intern als auch extern
  • Verantwortung und Kontrolle Vendor-Reporting (Sell-Out, Kundenauswertungen)
  • Marktbeobachtung und –analyze Market shares, Kundenpotentiale & Competitive Pricing.

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Vertriebsaußendienst in der ITK-Distribution, bei einem IT-Reseller oder IT-Hersteller
  • Gute Produkt- und Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk -Technologien sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Systemhaus-Marktes, Hersteller- und Kundenkontakte sind von Vorteil
  • Spaß an der Betreuung von Stammkunden und an der Akquise von Neukunden
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Max. 50 % Reisebereitschaft

Your job: demanding

  • Manufacturer (Juniper, Extreme Networks…) and customer management (IT system houses)
  • Manufacturer-specific product, process, and program know-how to advise customers competently and to serve as the first point of contact for our sales
  • Acquisition of new business partners, reactivation measures and creation of new sales opportunities
  • Expansion and maintenance of existing customer relationships
  • Management of the project pipeline in cooperation with the TD and manufacturer sales
  • Monitoring & improvement of processes and tools in the sales & back office
  • Supporting the sales department in the preparation of the offer, taking into account the cross-selling aspect
  • Cooperation in the planning and implementation of marketing measures

Completed commercial training

  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in the field sales force in ITC distribution, with an IT reseller or IT manufacturer
  • Excellent product and market knowledge in the area of ​​network technologies is an advantage.
