Security Technical Pre-Sales at San Giuliano Milanese, Italy


Job Purpose:   

To support the sales organization in building and maintaining an active customer base and developing new sales opportunities through the provision and application of technical expertise and knowledge across multiple vendors or applications/services in the Cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the key technical contact for our sales team with potential customers
  • Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers remotely
  • Execute quick technical feasibility assessments and proposed developments for the customer’s identified
  • Understand the technical needs, select, suggest, and provide the optimal Cybersecurity solutions design for the customer.
  • Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required, so that the customer receives an accurate projection of anticipated costs
  • Prepare technical insights and key scenarios required to drive the right technical and business solution outcomes
  • Conduct group and one-on-one training on subjects of expertise
  • Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics
  • Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in technical Cybersecurity capabilities and pricing.


Requirements:


  • • Fluency in English and Italian required
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • 4- 10 years of applicable technology related presales or business development experience, preferably working within a technical sales environment.
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain critical end-user scenarios and technical architecture in Cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managed identity, endpoint protection, managed endpoint, IPS, authentication, and all other existing Cybersecurity application, as well as privacy, and compliance and how they factor into Cybersecurity
  • Technical experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • o Cybersecurity
  • o IP Networking
  • o Cloud environment
  • o Virtualization


Cybersecurity

  • An understanding and passion for Cybersecurity technologies, business drivers, and emerging Security as Service trends
  • Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering. Experience in one of these relevant fields is a bonus, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals
  • Takes the initiative to independently grow technical knowledge
  • Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role
  • Ability to explain complex technical Cybersecurity technical and non-technical audiences and to connect technological solutions with measurable business value
  • Success-driven works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
  • Passion for Cybersecurity technologies and changing the world
