Zur Verstärkung unserer Enterprise Software Business Unit in Wien suchen wir einen:

Business Development Manager Enterprise Software (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:

• Positionierung als primäre Schnittstelle zwischen Reseller – Hersteller – und internem Sales
• Entwicklung strategischer Kundenbeziehungen auf allen Ebenen
• Partnerakquise, -betreuung und -entwicklung
• Partner Business Planung und Partner Business Reviews
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen und -plänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing
• Positionierung neuer Themen im Channel in Abstimmung mit den Herstellern
• Tiefes Verständnis der Herstellerprogramme sowie deren vertriebsseitige Umsetzung
• Pipeline Management und Forecasting
• Teilnahme an Kunden- und Herstellerveranstaltungen

Sie bringen mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development im IT-Bereich
• Kenntnisse des österreichischen IT-Partner-Channels
• Vorzugsweise Erfahrungen im Softwarevertrieb / Lizenzberatung
• Sicheres Auftreten in Kombination mit einem hohen Maß an Engagement und Innovation
• Exzellente Präsentationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Exzellente Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
• Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30% - 40%)
• Führerschein Klasse B

Your main tasks include:

• Positioned as the primary interface between reseller - manufacturer - and internal sales
• Development of strategic customer relationships at all levels
• Partner acquisition, support, and development
• Partner Business Planning and Partner Business Reviews
• Development and implementation of marketing campaigns and plans in cooperation with marketing
• The positioning of new topics in the channel in coordination with the manufacturers
• Deep understanding of the manufacturer's programs and their implementation on the sales side
• Pipeline management and forecasting
• Participation in customer and manufacturer events

You bring with you:

• Completed degree or comparable training or at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT area
• Knowledge of the Austrian IT partner channel
• Preferably experience in software sales/license consulting
• Confident demeanor combined with a high level of commitment and innovation
• Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• A high degree of independence, initiative, and resilience
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30% - 40%)
• Class B driving license
