Customer Service Executive (m/f) at Lisbon, Portugal

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

• Acompanhamento das encomendas e obtenção de confirmação de datas de entrega das encomendas pendentes;
• Desenvolvimento de novos procedimentos logísticos, tendo em vista a melhoria de todo o processo;
• Gestão de prioridades de entrega de encomendas;
• Análise do nível de serviço ao cliente;
• Medição e gestão dos indicadores de performance de serviço e elaboração de reportings
• Identificar/ resolver de forma proactiva quaisquer falhas de serviço, proporcionando uma excelente experiência ao cliente.

REQUISITOS

• Habilitações académicas mínimas ao nível do 12º ano
• Experiência > 3 anos Logística ( Operações & Transporte & tarefas administrativas )
• Bons conhecimentos das ferramentas informáticas na ópticas do utilizador, nomeadamente Excel e Outlook
• Bons conhecimentos de Inglês e Espanhol
• Experiência de contactos com as transportadoras e clientes
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação e de trabalho em equipa;
• Capacidade de Resiliência, dinamismo e espírito crítico;
• Autonomia e Responsabilidade;
• Excelente capacidade de organização e gestão de tempo
• Disponibilidade imediata.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring of orders and obtaining confirmation of delivery dates for pending orders;
• Development of new logistical procedures, to improve the entire process;
• Management of parcel delivery priorities;
• Analysis of the level of customer service;
• Measurement and management of service performance indicators and preparation of reporting
• Proactively identify/resolve any service failures, providing an excellent customer experience.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum academic qualifications at 12th grade level
• Experience> 3 years Logistics (Operations & Transport & administrative tasks)
• Good knowledge of computer tools from the user's perspective, namely Excel and Outlook
• Good knowledge of English and Spanish
• Experience of contact with carriers and customers
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Resilience, dynamism and critical spirit;
• Autonomy and Responsibility;
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Immediate availability.
